About the Project
The THP-Plus Statewide Implementation Project is a collaboration between the John Burton Foundation, the California Department of Social Services, and the Corporation for Supportive Housing.
The THP-Plus Statewide Implementation Project is generously funded by the California Wellness Foundation, the Pottruck Family Foundation, the Walter S. Johnson Foundation, the van Löben Sels/Rembe Rock Foundation, the San Francisco Foundation, and the Foster Youth Housing Initiative, a collaboration of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the James Irvine Foundation, the Charles and Helen Schwab Foundation, and the Sobrato Family Foundation.
