Participant Tracking System
The THP-Plus Participant Tracking System is a web-based database used by THP-Plus providers and counties to collect essential information about THP-Plus participants.
The system can be used by certified THP-Plus providers and county THP-Plus representatives.
Each agency must return a signed copy of the Use Agreement to the John Burton Foundation and participate in a training on the system, either in person or via web seminar. After fulfilling these requirements, users will receive a secure login and password.
The John Burton Foundation offered a series of web seminar trainings to all users of the participant tracking system.
If your agency participates in the Connected by 25 Initiative, the same data can be collected using ETO Software®.
