What is the Participant Tracking System and who can use it?

The THP-Plus Participant Tracking System (PTS) is a free online database that captures demographic and outcomes data on THP-Plus participants. The PTS is managed by the John Burton Foundation. The system can be used by certified THP-Plus providers to enter participant data and extract reports on that data, and county THP-Plus representatives who have access to the reporting functions for all providers in their county.

What do I need to do to access the system?

Each agency must return a signed copy of the Use Agreement to the John Burton Foundation and participate in a training on the system. After fulfilling these requirements, users will receive a secure login and password.
