The Transitional Housing Placement Plus Foster Care (THP+FC) Program is a foster care placement for youth ages 18-21 (non-minor dependents) who are participating in extended foster care (AB 12). THP+FC provides housing and supportive services, such as case management and vocational training. The Transitional Housing Placement Plus (THP-Plus) Program provides up to 24 months of affordable housing and supportive services, such as case management and vocational training to youth who have exited from the foster care and juvenile probation systems, ages 18-24. In some counties, THP-Plus is available to youth enrolled in school up to age 25 – more info HERE.
